New Member Membership Cost Breakdown

We invite you to submit an application for BNI Desert South chapter membership to lock out your competitors, upon your acceptance in the chapter and payment of your membership fees. You will submit your application for membership online. To get started, CLICK HERE to find the chapter you wish to apply to for membership.

The investment to join BNI consists of an application fee and a participation fee:

• Application Fee: $250
• Participation Fees: $800 for a one year membership, or $1200 for a two year membership, or $3000 for a five year membership.

Therefore, the initial investment to join BNI is $1,050 for one year or $1,450 for two years or $3,250 for five years.

Additional Information About Applying for Membership

1. Upon submission, your application will be reviewed by the chapter's Membership Committee, and you will be notified of the status ASAP.
2. You may pay with VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER OR AMERICAN EXPRESS, or PayPal.
3. All applicants must be reviewed and approved by the chapter membership committee in order to be a BNI member. Upon approval, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval and requesting payment of your membership fees. The approval is good for seven (7) days after which your application may be voided if payment is not received.

TERMS:

Arbitration. All disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the member’s participation in BNI shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State where the applicant’s BNI Chapter is located.  The Arbitration shall be subject to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association.  This clause encompasses any and all disputes involving BNI, its franchisee, and their officers, directors, agents and representatives.

Limitations on Liability. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, any liability to you involving BNI, its franchisee, and their officers, directors, agents and representatives for any cause whatsoever arising out of or related to this Agreement and/or membership or participation in BNI, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount of yearly dues paid by you for the membership in BNI. Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will there be any liability to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages.
